Office Hours
Patients are seen in both the Lockport and Medina offices Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Evening and Saturday appointments are also available.

Appointments
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and reserve this time exclusively for you. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to others by arriving on time. On occasion, unusually complicated problems or emergencies can cause delays. Whenever possible, you will be fully informed by phone and given the opportunity to reschedule.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we appreciate, if possible, at least a 24-hour notice of your cancellation. This courtesy will avoid an appointment cancellation fee.

After Hours & Emergencies
For non-emergency situations, you may leave a message on our office telephone system. We will contact you at the start of the next scheduled business day. For true emergency dentistry situations (bleeding, pain, infection, trauma, etc.) on weekdays, you may reach the doctors at home. Their home phone numbers are in the local phone directories. On weekends, one of our doctors will be on call and may be reached by calling the office and following the instructions on the recorded message.
