We treat your dental needs as a complete entity. Your gums and supporting bone are paramount in the maintenance of good oral health. We have made a commitment to developing an oral hygiene program that accomplishes these long-term, continuing goals.
Financial Consideration
Payment for services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. If treatment requires multiple visits, a mutually-satisfactory payment schedule will be arranged. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover® Card, American Express and Care Credit as forms of payment.
Insurance
Dental insurance is intended to cover a portion of your dental treatment. The amount of coverage depends on the individual contract of your employer or union. In most cases you are responsible for a deductible and the portion of the fee not covered by your contract.
Our trained staff will help you complete and submit all necessary claim forms and answer any questions that may arise. Please bring pertinent insurance information and forms with you at the time of your first visit.
